What is freeze-drying?

Freeze-drying, or sublimation drying, involves removing water from frozen raw material.

It is a method of food preservation. Thanks to this process, fruit and vegetables gain a perfect crispness, retaining their full flavour, aroma, shape and most of their nutritional value.

Ingredients: 55% corn flake mix (honey cornflakes 35% [corn semolina 71%, sugar, glucose, barley malt extract, honey 2%, sunflower oil, salt, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin]; cornflakes 20% [corn semolina, sugar, barley malt extract, salt]), 35% skimmed milk powder (pasteurised, agglomerated), 10% freeze-dried fruit mix in varying proportions (banana, apricot, peeled apple, strawberry).

Preparation: pour the contents of the package with a glass of water (about 200 ml), mix thoroughly. Ready for consumption immediately after preparation.

The product contains gluten. May contain peanuts.

STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a dry place and at room temperature, in a tightly closed container.

The batch number, best before date and country of origin can be found on the package.
