What is freeze-drying?

Freeze-drying (also known as sublimation drying) removes water from frozen fruit under vacuum conditions. This gentle preservation method keeps the fruit light and crispy while preserving its natural flavour, aroma, shape and most of its nutritional value.

Due to the properties of chocolate and the high temperatures during the summer season, the product may partially or completely melt during transportation. This does not affect the quality, safety, or suitability of the product for consumption. Claims or complaints regarding chocolate melting caused by high temperatures during transportation will not be accepted.
