What is freeze-drying?

Freeze-drying (also known as sublimation drying) removes water from frozen fruit under vacuum conditions. This gentle preservation method keeps the fruit light and crispy while preserving its natural flavour, aroma, shape and most of its nutritional value.

Ingredients: Dark chocolate ( cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin) (E 322)), natural vanilla flavour ) 72.73%, freeze-dried apple 18.18%, freeze-dried apple powder 5.45%, cocoa butter 3.82%.
